Returns Eligibility:
We accept returns for products that meet the following criteria:

3. The request for return is initiated within 2 days from the date of delivery.
Return Procedure:
If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:
a. Log in to your account on our website and navigate to the Order History section.
b. Find the relevant order and select the item(s) you want to return and note down the
order number.
c. Write an email to - Provide order number, unboxing images
which show that the product was received defective, brief reason for the return to help us
improve our services.
d. Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with further
instructions within 2 business days.

Refund Policy:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
For payments made via credit/debit cards or digital wallets, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method and may take 15 business days to reflect in your account.
For cash-on-delivery orders, you will have the option to receive the refund via bank transfer or store credit which may take 15 business days.

Return Shipping:

In case of product defects or errors, the return shipping costs of RS.100 should be first transferred to the company account (details would be sent to you on email) after which the process for order pickup from customer’s address will be done. However, for other return reasons, you may be responsible for shipping the item back to us.

Exchange Policy:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to follow the return process and then place a new order for the desired item.

Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it by calling on 09011133946 or you can write us an email on and mention the order number and name in it. However, once the order is processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
